L&#039;anno scorso (2008) ho lavorato da gennaio a settembre per un&#039;azienda e da ottobre a dicembre in un&#039;altra. Così ho ricevuto 2 CUD (di due lavori diversi, esercitati in due periodi diversi, non sovrapposti). Non ho mai preso più di 1000 euro al mese. Il CAF mi dice che, poichè ho presentato due cud, sono in &quot;debito&quot; con lo Stato, che sicuramente dovrò restituire delle tasse che mi verranno detratte dai miei prossimi stipendi. Insomma ho 900 € di debito e un acconto per il 2009 di 370 €. Non vi sembra un po&#039; troppo per me che non ho mai ricevuto più di 1000 € al mese e pagato regolarmente le tasse su ogni busta paga??<br />Credo che il mio CAF abbia sbagliato i calcoli. E&#039; possibile? Indeterminato significa che non ha durata. Che contratto era quello del licenziamento?<br /><br />Per l’indennità di disoccupazione, teoricamente dovresti averne diritto se, pur occupata, il tuo reddito annuale lordo è inferiore agli 8.000 euro. Sinceramente non so come funziona in realtà, visto che disoccupata significa che devi essere pronta ad accettare il primo lavoro che ti offrono ma ovviamente non è possibile – se hai un part-time, non puoi accettare un full-time (lo dice la legge). Tralascio comunque questo e altri problemi connessi con i quali forse ti scontrerai.<br /><br />Con la lettera di licenziamento vai al Centro per l’Impiego, spieghi che hai un altro part-time e vedi se possono inserirti nelle liste di mobilità. Con la ricevuta che ti rilasciano ti consiglio di recarti a un patronato che ti aiuti per la richiesta di disoccupazione. <br />Tutto questo se il contratto non era a termine, cioè non era apposta una data di fine rapporto.
