quali programmi posso eliminare in questo elenco (x uno esperto) perchè alcuni programmi servono al pc!!!?

l'ultima volta ho cancellato tutti i programmi non si avviava più il PC l'ho buttato via :(

il pc è un TOSHIBA SATELLITE A110-273

un pò vecchiucco ;)

mi sà ke è un po difficile
