Poi ritornò all'ufficio .

Mr. Robson went out at eight. At the bus stop he met an old friend. He began to talk with him about old times. The bus arrived and stopped for a minute. Mr. Robson continued to talk to his old friend. The bus left without Mr. Robson. Twenty minutes later another bus arrived, Mr. Robson said goodbye to his old friend, and got on the bus. Read his newspaper for twenty minutes, then got off the bus. He bought a box of cigars, then went to the office. He spoke with a couple of customers, then read an article in the Financial Times. Then he dictated three letters to his secretary. At one o'clock he left his office for half an hour. He went to a snack bar and ate a sandwich of salmon. She drank a cup of coffee. Then he came back to the office. He worked until five, then took his hat and umbrella and went out. He bought the evening paper, then took his usual bus. Got off the bus after twenty minutes, and arrived home at six. Went into the garden to see his roses, and waited there in time for dinner.
